NOT JUST FOR FLYERS...This section will also help increase your flexibility in all aspects of cheer/tumble
Each week there will be a new challenge set to help keep it fun and suitable for all the people at home! ENJOY!

How it works
  1. Complete a cardio warm up
  2. Complete a gentle stretch
  3. Take photos of you performing flyer body positions
  4. Send them to your coach
  5. Over the next 4 weeks complete the stretches and flyer tasks
  6. ​Week 4 we will request your updated pictures
