How it works
  1. Its really important in our jumps that are arm motions are precise
  2. Clasp on 1, Stretch on 2, Chop 3, Jump Motion 4 (T for toe touch, High touchdown for hurdler)
  3. Complete a 2.5 minute routine of the arms
  4. Try to watch yourself in the mirror to see how your body is moving
