How it works
  1. Complete a quick warm up and stretch
  2. Grab a timer
  3. Complete as many of the first exercise in a minute
  4. Note your score
  5. Take a 30sec rest
  6. Complete the remaining exercises following the above 
  7. Send your results to be added to the leaderboard
  8. Good Luck!
