BAReturning to the Gym Training will look a little different for the near future, but we feel it’s important to get our athletes back into the gym, re energised and conditioned for the season ahead. Stunting, spotting of skills and physical contact is currently prohibited and will only be reintroduced when safe to do so and advised from the Government. Class sizes will be kept to a minimum during our summer timetable After the announcement of re-opening from 25th July we will be combining zoom with gym classes for the ‘Summer period’ Followed by our summer break, then a return to cheer in September Please see below for the safety protocol there is also a handy video for you to share with your athlete to ensure everyone returns safely. Watch the video Drop off and collect- Athletes will be dropped off at the front of BACE and collected from the rear of BACE, no parents/carers/sibling will be permitted to wait during group sessions. For 1:1s parents will be asked to enter the gym for safe guarding purposes One way system- Athletes will enter via the far right door which leads from the cloak room directly to the gym, athletes will then exit via the back door Staggered start times- Athletes will be given set times to arrive at the gym, athletes will not be permitted to enter earlier than the time allocated Minimal property- Athletes must be dressed ready to train and change into their indoor shoes prior to entering the gym, athletes will only be permitted to bring in a named water bottle and a single training layer (jumper, hoodie, jersey etc) No changing facilities will be available Health Check- Any sick athletes, those displaying symptoms or living with those with symptoms are asked to stay home Hand Sanitising/hand wash- Hand sanitiser will be available at the front and exit of the building, all athletes must sanitise before entering and will sanitise before leaving Social distancing- The gym will be marked out to ensure social distancing is adhered to during training. Class numbers will be reduced to aid this Cleaning- Deep Clean will be done daily before classes, cleaning and sanitising of equipment will be available. Athletes asked to wipe down any surfaces they touch. Cleaning of high touch areas will be cleaned between sessions, along with toilets, entrance and exit. Toilets A single toilet will be available but we kindly ask that athletes only use for emergencies to help minimise the cleaning time and therefor maximise the training time BACE Covid Secure Document Non contact payments All payments for additional sessions must be paid via BACS Account info Loud and Proud Cheerleading 29081408 01-03-38 Ref: Athlete Name Online booking www.bookwhen.com/loudandproud In order for us to fairly provide training over the next month we will be using an online bookings system on a first come first served basis. This is available to all, but for those without a current Loud & Proud monthly fee paying membership there will be £7.50 cost for each group class attended. Athletes will be able to book sessions relevant to their skill level or age. Athletes can only BOOK 1 session on the same day and will be limited to two sessions in the week (Tuesday and Thursday). Sunday 1:1/Athlete evaluations can be booked as an addition but carry a cost see below. During the first week we will NOT be including the Sunday as one of the two classes you can book. Athletes booking more than the above or booking out of their ability/age level will be cancelled. Sessions will be allocated a number of athletes dependant on the skills For example- social distancing measures can be adhered to with 10 people for conditioning/jumps/flex, where as to maximise the space for tumbling we will be restricting this to 5 athletes We will be releasing the timetable week by week to ensure adjustments can be made where required
In person Athlete Evaluations: for those wishing to book in person Athlete Evaluations there will be a cost of £10.00 per person and a dedicated 30minute slot will be provided for that athlete. This can also be done in groups of up to 5 people at a cost of £20.00 (for the group) for 45minutes, it will be your responsibility to find the group. In the bookings system please confirm all names of those attending and the time and price will be adjusted. This will replace your video submission
Private lessons 1:1 private lessons will be available at a cost of £15.00 for 30minutes. Family bubbles may share this cost and space Lessons will be available in timeslots that have not been taken
