Welcome to our Online Learning STRETCHING Section
Each week there will be a new challenge set to help keep stretching fun and suitable for all the people at home! ENJOY!

Week 11 
Its been 10 weeks lets see if we have improved on our stretches

  1. ​Warm up
  2. Light stretch
  3. Take a picture of your before, send it to your coach
  4. Compare your photos to week 1 to see your progress
  5. Complete the stretch workout 2/3 times per week to increase flexibility
