Resistance band Stretch Week

How its done
  1. ​Grab your band, remember you can use any long object for this- skipping rope, dressing gown tie, dog lead
  2. Warm up
  3. Light stretch
  4. Perform the stretch sequence above​
  5. Perform all the stretches
