Each week there will be a new challenge set to help keep stretching fun and suitable for all the people at home! ENJOY!
To help you along we have created a video library with examples of all the exercises.
How its done
Take a picture of your before, send it to your coach
Complete the stretch workout 2/3 times per week to increase flexibility
At the end of 4 weeks we will ask you to submit your after pictures
