How it works
Complete a warm up
Complete a basic stretch
Warm up splits and bridge
Start on the floor and practice going back into bridge
Once mastered complete the one leg bridge
Be sure to watch the tutorial to get your arms and legs correct
This can be completed into a back walkover for those advanced.
